We are looking for a Middle Application Consultant to join our team and support business solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related enterprise applications.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in ERP/CRM consulting or business application support who enjoys analyzing business needs, communicating with customers, and helping deliver effective functional solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, participate in workshops and testing activities, and contribute to successful system implementation and optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Application Consulting, ERP/CRM support, Functional Consulting, Key User, or related business application roles.
- Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and enterprise business applications in a customer-facing or operational environment.
- Solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, operations, logistics, or supply chain domains.
- Ability to analyze business needs, investigate complex issues, and propose effective functional solutions.
- Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a professional environment.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and align business and technical teams.
- Experience documenting functional requirements, business scenarios, testing activities, and solution-related documentation.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), release processes, and testing approaches.
- Experience participating in implementation, rollout, support, or stabilization activities for business applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead workshops, demos, or user sessions.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
